The Monolith Junior Pizza Stone is a must-have accessory for the monolith grill when cooking any pizzas, bread or even cakes. The open-pored base absorbs the moisture from the dough and ensures a crispy bottom. Also great for tarte flambee and bread 

Optimal results are achieved in combination with the corresponding deflector stone and the spacer. So the stone at the bottom is not too hot.
