Delivery Info

Please note, our current delivery time frames are between 3-10 working days, depending on the item ordered, weight and stock availability.

General Shipping Information

We use a number of specialist delivery companies, so the actual delivery partner will vary depending on the item ordered. You will be informed of delivery time frames and updates once the order is confirmed.

The ‘Shipping Method’ on the website automatically calculates the available shipping rates based on your delivery postcode and allows you to select your preferred option.

Postcodes deemed as Highlands and Islands by our shipping companies sadly have an additional charge. These will be dispatched as quickly as possible; however, timeframes may vary slightly form normal deliveries due to your distance from us!

Despite our best endeavours we cannot 100% guarantee within our specified timeframe as we are in the hands of our partners, but over 99% of our deliveries do arrive on time.

If for any reason the specified timeframe target is missed, we will endeavour to deliver it as quickly as possible after that date. Orders placed on the weekend or on bank holidays will not be processed by us until our next working day.

Please note: If a delivery is refused and returned to us, a re-delivery charge will require payment for us to re-arrange the return delivery. Our couriers will attempt to deliver a maximum of three times (except for sizeable items delivered on a pallet - see below). If unsuccessful, your order will be returned to us, and a re-delivery charge will be required to ensure we can arrange the re-delivery.

Larger Deliveries & Pallet Services

Please note, larger items (arriving on a pallet) will be delivered to the address kerbside, or nearest door/access point if this is logistically possible, and under the discretion of the delivery driver. 

We use external delivery companies and therefore cannot expect (and it is not the responsibility of) delivery personnel to assist with the moving and handling of your item e.g. moving the item into houses, doorways, upstairs, outbuildings or garages etc. 

When ordering bulky items, please ensure you have the means to manage the receipt these items when delivery is received, and that you can responsibly dispose of the packaging material appropriately.

Additional Information

Please note, items will be, wherever possible sent in their original packaging which displays the items on the outside. We do this to minimise wasted packaging and try to lower our carbon footprint.

Future Shipping Methods

Once our new warehouse and fulfilment system is finalised, we will offer the following shipping methods:

  • Next working day if ordered by 15.00 hrs the previous working day (£4.95)
  • Standard 3-5 working day delivery (free for orders over £50 or £4.95 if £49.99 or under)
  • A Saturday delivery option if ordered by 15.00 hrs on the previous working day. (£19.85)

These new shipping methods will automatically show as checkout options once available.

We currently deliver to the UK market only however, this will change in the future. Should you have a request for a bespoke delivery to another country, feel free to contact us (bottom of website page) to see if we can fulfil your requirement.

Yes, a signature is required on all parcel deliveries. If you know you will be unable to sign for your goods, please arrange for a neighbour to accept these on your behalf and inform us of the details so we can pass these on to the couriers prior to delivery. Alternatively, in most cases, your goods can be delivered to a place of work or friend/neighbour.
