The Dome Flue Extension optimizes wood-fired cooking by channelling smoke and soot away from the oven while improving air circulation. By using a flue to draw emissions from the oven chamber, its length determines the effectiveness of the draw.

Consequently, a longer flue minimises soot build-up on the outside of the oven.
