Flammkraft's burner concept makes the Block D, with its standard cast stainless steel grates, the very definition of barbecuing. The versatility of the burners allows extensive, perfectly adapted accessories to be used. The burner concept provides optimum firing for the OfenDock of the Flammkraft Block D.
The Block D (Gen. 5) is the result of the consistent further development of the successful Block series.
THE PRINCIPLE IS AS SIMPLE AS IT IS IMPRESSIVE: TASTE IS EVERYTHING.
We have arranged the burners of the Flammkraft barbecues so that dripping liquids do not get onto the burners but are collected in a drip tray. This helps to prevent the unhealthy formation of smoke.
In addition, the arrangement ensures a calm and flavourful barbecuing experience. The radiation from the burners acts over the entire surface of the grates, while the convection of hot air envelops the food all around. This way, the taste of the barbecued food is fully conveyed. This ensures gentle cooking at high power and the barbecued food remains juicy, aromatic and succeeds perfectly.
ROASTING - THE MORE THE BETTER AND SOMETIMES THAT'S TRUE.
We have integrated a roasting zone in most of our barbecues. To achieve maximum roasting performance, a burner is placed horizontally directly beneath the grill grate in this zone of the barbecue. Temperatures of up to 900°C are generated above the burner.
This makes the models with roasting zone particularly versatile. You can add the finishing touches to your barbecued food with a particularly tasty crust or roast larger pieces to let them cook gently on the large grilling surface.
Since the heat comes from below, you can even place a pan there. You can also use the roasting zone to operate the Flammkraft teppanyaki plate.
There's a multitude of possibilities to provide yourself, your friends, family, or clients with consistent high-quality grilling results.
BURNERS - A GAS BARBECUE WITH A CHARCOAL SOUL
Direct radiant heat up to 900 °C for hot searing over the roasting burner or 100-500 °C with a choice of direct or indirect heat on the large grilling surface - with the three infrared burners, the cooking possibilities are virtually endless.
CAST GRILL GRATES - SOLID AND MADE OF STAINLESS STEEL
Appetising, dark brown grill marks are what we love and scream quality! That’s why, when we developed our solid cast stainless steel grates, we paid particular attention to ensuring they create a perfect branding on the barbecued food.
STAINLESS STEEL - PERFECTLY CRAFTED
For our barbecues, we use parts made of solid stainless steel without exception. Furthermore, we have equipped the cover and the tank with a double wall. The plates, up to 3mm thick, provide additional robustness and optimal thermal properties. The stainless-steel parts of the Flammkraft barbecues are extremely durable and easy to clean.
BARBECUING MAKES A MESS - STAY CALM
Since the creation of barbecuing, cleaning the associated appliances has been an unpleasant topic. When designing our products, it is crucial to us to we develop solutions that make cleaning easier.
SEALED SURFACES, ROBUST MATERIAL AND REMOVABLE PARTS
We have carefully considered how to deal with fat or liquid discharge. These do not drip onto the burners but flow via discharge plates into a large, six-litre stainless steel bowl. After the barbecue has done its job, the tray, discharge plates and splash guards are easy to remove and clean.
