• Cleaning

Wash your cookware by hand with warm water right after use for easy cleaning· It’s best to clean while still warm. To prevent rust, don’t soak, leave it in the sink, or put it in the dishwasher. For optimal care, use our 3-Piece Care Kit, which includes a chain mail scrubber, an oak wood scraper, and a bottle of 100% organic flaxseed oil.

• Scrape, Oil & Dry

To remove stubborn food bits, use the Chain Mail Scrubber or Oak Wood Scraper. After Cleaning, wipe dry, apply a light coat of oil and warm it on the stove or in the oven to evaporate any moisture.

• Seasoning

To enhance seasoning or fix any trouble spots, buff in a light coat of oil and heat over medium until it starts to smoke.
