The compact design allows for a particularly flexible installation. The exclusive Flammkraft colour “deep umbra” of Block C integrates discreetly into any outdoor kitchen set-up and creates an unparalleled ambience around this incredible grill.
BURNERS - A GAS BARBECUE WITH A CHARCOAL SOUL
Direct radiant heat of up to 900 °C for hot searing over the roasting burner or 100 to 500 °C with a choice of, direct or indirect heat on the large grilling surface - with the three infrared burners of Block C and Block D, the cooking possibilities are endless. The advantage of infrared burners is, they get to temperature very quickly. The burners radiate heat across the entire surface of the grill and convection means that hot air surrounds the food being grilled. Thus, the food is gently cooked at high power and remains juicy and aromatic while reaching absolute perfection.
CAST GRILL GRATES - SOLID AND MADE OF STAINLESS STEEL
Appetising, dark brown grill marks make all griller's and guests' eyes sparkle! That's why, when we developed our solid cast stainless steel grates, we paid particular attention to ensuring they create a perfect branding on the barbecued food.
STAINLESS STEEL - PERFECTLY CRAFTED
For our barbecues, we use parts made of solid stainless steel without exception. Furthermore, we have equipped the cover and the tank with a double wall. The plates, up to 3 mm thick, provide additional robustness and optimal thermal properties. The stainless-steel parts of the Flammkraft barbecues are extremely durable and easy to clean.
SEALED SURFACES, ROBUST MATERIAL AND REMOVABLE PARTS
We have carefully considered how to deal with fat or liquid discharge. These do not drip onto the burners but flow via discharge plates into a large, six-litre stainless steel bowl. After the barbecue has done its job, the tray, discharge plates and splash guards are easy to remove and clean.
BARBECUING MAKES A MESS - STAY CALM
Since the creation of barbecuing, cleaning the associated appliances has been an unpleasant topic. When designing our products, it was crucial for us to find solutions that make cleaning easier.
SOME THINGS ARE SIMPLY BETTER OFF INVISIBLE
This applies, for example, to a standard 11kg gas cylinder, which finds a safe standing place in the base of the Flammkraft barbecues. Smooth-running telescopic pull-outs, allow easy access to Block D for opening and closing the cylinder and replacing it in a few steps. Side trays and other accessories can be stored in the base when your barbecue is taking a break. The bases of the Flammkraft barbecues have smooth-running castors that allow you to move the barbecue effortlessly on level surfaces. They are thoughtfully enclosed by the panelling and are invisible to the eye of your grill-adoring guests.
Variability
Block C and Block D are equipped with an integrated roasting zone, which allows the rapid roasting of food and, with the use of pans too. The matching accessories are a Teppanyaki griddle, wok, pizza stone and rotisserie along with other various accessories, including a smoking board and side shelves.
