The Monolith Classic Series 2.0 Grill is an ideal choice for your grilling, smoking, baking, searing or roasting needs. It includes Monolith's exclusive method of placing wood chips, chunks or pellets directly onto hot charcoal without lifting the lid. Easy to use and consistently delivers great results. The Monolith is very efficient due to the ceramic properties it takes just 3 kg of charcoal you can cook low and slow for up to 24 hours, with very little fuel & oxygen required to maintain temperature so meats stay juicy.

This innovative Kamado-style BBQ grill incorporates the Pro Series Smart Grid System that provides unmatched versatility and features. The new hinge system provides additional functionality and easy opening, while the innovative stainless steel & fibreglass sealing gaskets offer durability and require minimal maintenance. The Pro 2.0 includes a BBQ Guru adapter that allows for easy mounting of the blower. The updated cast iron top vent channels smoke upward and away from the grill, providing better stability and a more stylish appearance with the slide mechanism.

A wide range of additional accessories are available for the Monolith Classic Pro Series, such as cast-iron grids, pizza stones, and all-weather covers, to enhance your cooking experience.
